The second round of the Fajr Cup 2024 tournament was held with the participation of 9 teams from the subsidiaries of Omid Investment Management Group (Sepah Construction, Behsa, Sepah Brokerage, Asiama, Omid Investment Group, Sepah Investment, Hormozgan Cement, Goharan Development and Petro Omid Asia Holding) on the occasion of the commemoration of the Fajr Decade of the Islamic Revolution.
The futsal team of Petro Omid Asia Holding qualified for the knockout stage by defeating the Omid Group team (4-0) and Sepah Investment Team (6-0), in which it also advanced to the final of the group competition by defeating the Asianama team.
In the final of the tournament, which was held on Thursday, February 7, 2025, in the Pass Hall of Shahid Dastgerdi Stadium in Ekbatan town, Petro Omid Asia Holding team was able to defeat the Hormozgan Cement team with one goal and also won the championship of this period of futsal competitions for the second year in a row.
